The Haunted Forest® Vendor Village Applications
The Haunted Forest is now in it’s fourth year and has grown from strength to strength! This year we are excited to announce we will be hosting the event over three days from Friday 25 October to Sunday 27 October 2019.
There are two areas for application:
This is a statement Halloween inspired event, be creative and think Halloween inspired suitable items prior to application.
We have a number of stands available for the event for both the Food & Product Villages, note only available to vendors who will be taking part on all three days of the event.
- FRIDAY – TEEN
- SATURDAY – ADULT
- SUNDAY – FAMILY
- Applications are only accepted online via our website, NO PHONE CALLS.
- Our application process runs through our operations team and takes time, lots of consideration and looking at previous statistics, so please be patient.
- Please remember that we support locally made products only and not direct imports.
The process in short:
- Applications open from 1 June 2019 and closes September 2019.
- Apply via the application form below, make sure you receive an automatic confirmation that your application was submitted correctly.
- Once applications are received, the team starts to work through it, this takes about a month. If you are successful you will receive another email requesting further information.
- The first round of selections is based on the info given through your application form and the photos you submitted.
- All applicants are contacted via email as to their application status.
- Viewings details are sent to applicants who made it through to the final round.
- Your second round status will be communicate via email. If you are not initially accepted, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list.
