BRINGING YOUR KIDS TO THE FESTIVAL!

 

CHILD REGISTRATION

All children must be registered before coming to the festival HERE. All children being registered must be aged 12 or under at the time of the festival. You are permitted to bring up to two children under the age of 12 with you on each festival ticket. We ask this so we have your details available in case of emergency.

 

BRINGING CHILDREN TO THE FESTIVAL

Children are more than welcome to attend the Haunted Forest® on Sunday from 12:00 – 19:00. Note that this is a large outdoor event and may be not be a suitable environment for children under the age of 5. How ever this is completely up to you, each parent brings up their children differently. As this is a large greenfield site, some sections of the forest isn’t buggy friendly.

 

BABY CHANGING FACILITIES

There is a baby changing facilities located in the main venue’s ablution facilities (located next to the bar).

 

LOST CHILDREN

If for any reason the little munchkin gets away from you, as they do, please notify the nearest steward immediately who will radio the Control Centre. A member of our team will then go to the location of the lost child to speak with the parent. A description will be provided to our security and team.

If a child is found by staff they will take them to the nearest First Aid tent.

We advise that all parents write their mobile numbers on their child’s wristband. Always hold hands or carry your children through busy areas. Educate your children on what to do if they get separated from you. Advise them to stay where they are and not to move or go with anyone until a Steward approaches them. They should indicate their phone number to the Steward.​​​ Please register your children before arriving at the festival.

ALL ​Children must be accompanied by Parent/Guardian at ALL times.
